I’m writing this blog to try and cement in my mind the notion that it is OK to take a break. And hopefully it will help you too 💗 So many of us impose our own goals and standards in life and then beat ourselves up when we don’t meet them. This is me taking a moment to pause and ask ‘does it really matter if I don’t get x, y or z done?’. And, 9 times out of 10, it doesn’t.
